How to translate a document from word into another language?
Today, we are telling you How to translate a document from word into another language ? We can do translation by online but we are telling you How to translate a document from MS word. We do document work in MS word. And if we want to translate document in other language then we can do it very easily by this tutorial.Sometimes, we have a document file, but we required this file in another language. If we don't know that language, However, we can translate that document file in required language.For this translation, we have to connect with internet. By this tutorial, we can translate a whole document and few selected lines,word etc.
Now, we are telling you How to translate a document from word into another language ?
Open MS word:-
First of all, we will open our MS word file which we wanna translate into another language.
Click on "Review":-
After open document file, we will click on "Review" and we will see new options just below the Review.
Click on "Research":-
when we click on review then we will see new options just below the review. In which we will click on "Research" and we will see a research option (in the end of task field in right side).
Click on "Research Options":-
After click on research we will see "Research Options" at the right side (in the end of task field). As we click on research options a new window will be open.
Click on "Add Service":-
As new window will be open, we will click on "Add service". After that a new window will be opened.
Enter Address of online translation service and click on "Add":-
After click on Add service, we will enter address of online translation service and click on Add. By the way, Many translation services has been provided but we will enter address whose service, by which we want to translation of our document.
As we will click on "Add", a message is shown on screen that "Getting service information". It means that word is ready for translation.
Select of translate text:-
Now, we will select of translate text. It means we will select of that lines or word or whole file which we want to translate.
Select of translate entry into "Search for":-
Now, we will select of translate entry into "search for" option(in right side of window at above).
Click on "Translate":-
After select of entry into search for, we will click on "Translate" which is stay with research (at the left side of window at the above). As we click on "translate" the translate will be open (at the right side below the search for option). For translation, we will select From source language(In which language our document has been written) and To target language( which language required ).
If you want to translate whole document then you can use green color arrow which is show near by "translate the whole document".
Click on green color arrow:-
As we click on green color arrow, a message is show on screen. In this message it tell us that word is about send to document for translate and we will click on yes.
Translated file:-
As we click on "Yes" a new window will be opened and our translate will be show on that window in target language.
