If you have already an account you may log in into it by just entering your mobile no or email and then password then click on Log in as shown in the below picture...

 How to Sign up for facebook account? :-

If you don't have a facebook account you may use Sign up option for getting an account at facebook... in this section you have to fill up your asked information and then you have to click on Sign up for making an account...

Next step (Facebook Step 1) :-

In this step facebook will be ask you that you wish to find friend according to you e-mail or Mobile number. in this if you click on find friends you will be see suggested friends according to your location and e-mail/mobile no. If you don't wish to find friend now you may click on skip this step.
